Features depend on the selected plan and may evolve.

3. Membership

  • You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity; persons acting for legal entities must be authorised.
  • You are responsible for accurate information, keeping your password secret and all activity under your account.
  • Agencies must hold the necessary authorisations for client accounts they connect.

4. Connected accounts and third-party platforms

  • By connecting Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, Trendyol and other accounts via OAuth or API keys, you authorise the Company to read and, as you request, modify them. Authorisation ends when you disconnect.
  • Those platforms' terms, ad policies and API limits bind you. The Company is not liable for account restrictions, ad rejections, API changes or outages of those platforms.
  • Ad spend is billed to you directly by the platforms; the Company does not collect ad budgets.

5. AI output and automated actions

  • AI-generated text, images, video, suggestions and analyses may be inaccurate, incomplete or conflict with third-party rights. You must review output before publishing and ensure compliance with applicable law and platform policies.
  • Changes to ad accounts are applied through the in-app approval flow and within the limits you set. You are responsible for actions you approve or set to auto-approve.
  • You will not submit unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or infringing content to AI features.

6. Fees, credits and subscriptions

  • Paid plans and credit packs are offered at the price and terms shown at checkout. For consumers, the Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form also apply.
  • Subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Credits are consumed by AI generation, analysis and similar paid operations. Failed operations are refunded per platform rules. Credits are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
  • Prices may change prospectively; paid periods are not affected.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design, brand and content belong to the Company or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during membership. Rights in content you upload and output you generate remain with you, subject to the AI provider's terms; you grant the Company the permissions needed to provide the service.

8. Prohibited use

  • Circumventing security, reverse engineering or overloading the service by automated means,
  • Connecting accounts without authorisation, account sharing and resale,
  • Unlawful advertising, misleading commercial practices or spam.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of ad performance, sales or profit. Except where liability cannot be limited by law (intent, gross negligence, personal rights), the Company's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the event. Indirect damages, lost profit and damages caused by third-party platforms are excluded. Mandatory provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain reserved for consumers.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts upon notice, or without notice in emergencies, for breach of these terms or the law, non-payment or security risks. Data is then retained and deleted as described in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. The Data Processing Agreement applies to end-customer data in your connected accounts.

12. Changes

The Company may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-app or by e-mail before taking effect and you will be asked to accept the new version. If you do not accept, you may close your account; your rights for paid periods are reserved.

  • Notices are sent to your registered e-mail or in-app.
  • Turkish law applies. For merchants, the courts and enforcement offices of [COMPETENT COURT, e.g. Istanbul (Çağlayan)] have jurisdiction; for consumers, the statutory jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
