2. Main characteristics of the service

The Roasive software-as-a-service subscription or credit pack selected at checkout. The plan name, included modules, number of ad accounts, billing period (monthly/yearly) and any credit amount are shown in the order summary, which forms part of this form.

The service is provided electronically; there is no physical delivery. An internet connection and an up-to-date web browser are required. Ad and store integrations work with your own accounts on those platforms; ad spend is billed to you separately by the respective platform.

3. Total price, taxes and payment

• The total price including taxes (VAT) and the currency are shown in the order summary. Options such as extra ad accounts are included in the total.
• Payment is taken by credit or debit card via iyzico, PayTR or Stripe. The seller never sees or stores card details.
• Invoices are issued electronically (e-Archive / e-Invoice) based on the details you provide at checkout.

4. Free trial and automatic renewal

• If the plan includes a free trial, its length and the amount charged when it ends are shown in the order summary. A card is collected when the trial starts; nothing is charged during the trial.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all. Otherwise the first period is charged automatically when the trial ends. You receive an e-mail reminder before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the end of each term unless cancelled, and the period fee is charged to the saved card. You will be informed before a changed renewal price applies.

5. Performance and term

The service is activated electronically in your account immediately after payment (or trial start) is confirmed. Subscriptions run for the selected period (monthly or yearly) and renew until cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a rule, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving reasons and without penalty.

However, under Art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly. By approving at checkout that performance starts immediately, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once performance begins. The right is reserved for unused credit packs and services not yet performed.

Withdrawal notices may be sent to [CONTACT E-MAIL], to KEP [KEP ADDRESS] or in writing to [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. The amount is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the notice, using the original payment method.

You may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or of the transaction within the monetary limits announced yearly by the Ministry of Trade, or to Consumer Courts above those limits.

8. Purchases outside consumer law

Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation do not apply if you purchase as a merchant or tradesperson for commercial or professional purposes; the Terms of Service and the non-consumer provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement apply instead.
